Day I:

Day 2:
Relational Advisor Practice

Define your competitive advantage, perform a business assessment, outline key strategic initiatives and market positioning.

Further develop your firm’s unique brand identity. Understand the marketing materials needed to support your firm’s growth.

Learn and implement processes to increase client loyalty and referrals, build strategic partnerships, and cultivate new business and AUM.
Day 3:
Relational Client Engagement

Evaluate your current prospect and client experience, identify opportunities for enhancements, outline improvements and process consistency.

Deliver an integrated three-part planning process with a relational focus: investment, financial and life planning.
Utilize tools and solutions to help clients achieve their goals: personally, professionally and financially.

The Accelerator Workshop takes place at the Undivided Experience Center at 657 Spirit Airpark West, Suite 104 in St. Louis, Missouri.

The workshop investment is $3,500. This includes:
